While earning a degree in Law and Society with an Emphasis in Criminal Justice at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Mr. Epstein entered the sales and direct response marketing industry as a call center executive for a multi-million dollar California company called Bargain Network. As a leader and top seller from the start, he developed his sales background with inbound telesales and marketing methodologies that have proven to change modern direct response and inbound sales as we know them.

Following the sale of Bargain Network, Mr. Epstein was called upon for a more significant role, this time in a new direct response call center under the wing of Lightswitch Media LLC managing, selling, and building from the ground up a new outbound division. As Director of Sales Mr. Epstein led a specialized and highly trained unit of sales leaders that best enabled Lightswitch Media to grow as a company. This division accounted for almost 75% of the company's total revenue, and ultimately modeled all new sales efforts for both the inbound and outbound sales departments around his model, and the efforts of his team.

Mr. Epstein's time at this point was spent primarily on finding, creating and formulating his inbound and outbound skills in primarily small ticket items, with shorter sales processes. After his role at Lightswitch Media, his focus switched prioritizing the need to evolve and round out his skills with larger ticket items. He excelled quickly in the mortgage industry, closing loans and servicing a wide array of clients, and built a catalogue of happy customers and positive testimonials. His knowledge in the industry led to his position as Vice President of Sales for First Assurance Financial Services. He led the company to increased production in total loans, and eventually tailored a new division at the firm.

With the company's owner, Mr. Epstein undertook another team project crafting a national website under First Assurance Financial Services' umbrella called WeRLoans.com. The website provided a means for loan applicants nation wide to submit applications online, and be paired with a local lender they could work with in their area. Mr. Epstein then built a team of 15 operators to take on an enormous outbound effort, getting coverage for areas nationwide by mortgage brokers, and loan officers. His team facilitated the setup of over 500 mortgage companies and reached all 50 states, developing millions of dollars of revenue in its first 3 years.

Currently, Mr. Epstein resides in Los Angeles, and has taken on the responsibility of Director of Marketing for Jamison Law Group, PC. Owner Edward Jamison, one of the nations top Credit Attorney's is nationally recognized as a credit expert, and prides himself as the resident credit expert for NBC, Washinton Mutual and a number of other industry leaders. He speaks commonly with a number of mortgage related companies as well as the California Association of Mortgage Brokers. His company provides a franchise type business opportunity called Credit CRM to qualified business owners, most commonly mortgage professionals. The opportunity has been teamed with leaders in the industry like Mortgage Market Guide, and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists, and has been documented numerous times in publications and magazines such as Broker Banker. Over the last two years, Mr. Epstein's efforts in sales have been honed and crafted, as he has taken on his most challenging and significant work to date accounting for a significant portion of the company's revenue. Mr. Epstein works hand in hand with Mr. Jamison on a daily basis, and has currently accounted for the sale of over 150 of the companies 450 affiliates.

Two years ago BME & Associates LLC was created by Mr. Epstein as a concept to reach out to business owners anywhere and spread his knowledge in all types of sales to those who seek it.
